Attendance Reminders:

All active members must attend at least one Rules and one Mechanics meeting before the start of the season. That means you must attend one of the three meetings held in July 25, 2024 or August 27, 2024 for girls or March 20, 2025 for boys.

Of course, you must still attend three meetings but the meetings on July 25, 2024, August 27, 2024 or March 20, 2025. count as two meetings if you stay for both the Interpretations and Mechanics and Business meeting on October 10, 2024 counts as one.

Any member with attendance issues should submit a letter or email to the Attendance Chair, WALT RUSAK at waltr23@aol.com within the time frame outlined in the Constitution. Letters of excuse must be submitted 15 days after the missed meeting. The letters will be reviewed by the Executive Council who will make the final decision.
