Attendance Reminders:

All active members must attend at least one Rules and one Mechanics meeting before the start of the season. That means you must attend one of the three meetings held in July 24, 2025 or August 26, 2025 for girls or March 19, 2026 for boys.

Of course, you must still attend three meetings but the meetings on July 24, 2025, August 26, 2025 or March 19, 2026. count as two meetings if you stay for both the Interpretations and Mechanics and Constitution meeting on October 9, 2025 and Business meeting on March 31, 2026 counts as one.

Any member with attendance issues should submit a letter or email to the Attendance Chair, WALT RUSAK at waltr23@aol.com within the time frame outlined in the Constitution. Letters of excuse must be submitted 15 days after the missed meeting. The letters will be reviewed by the Executive Council who will make the final decision.
