Concussion Course Instructions - NJSIAA
Instructions for Taking Concussion Course on ArbiterSports.com:

- Using a computer or device with a full sized browser, sign onto ArbiterSports.com with your username and password.
- Click the "Eligibility" link from the top menu.
- Under Current Eligibilities, locate "Volleyball". Under the upcoming season, click the link that reads 2025-26 Basketball Active.
- On the next page, find NJSIAA Concussion Protocol Training under Eligibility Details.
- Click the "Take Online Clinic" link there to launch the course.
- Once the video ends, complete the nine question Review test.
- Watch the course final video, after passing the test.
- If you would like a copy of the certificate afterwards, click the round orange button with three dots at the bottom, and choose "Next Up" from that menu. This will start a download of the certificate onto your computer for your record keeping.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- You no longer need to upload a copy of the certificate to RefSec or e-mail a copy of it to the chapter secretary. This is now automatically handled by ArbiterSports with the state.
- Upon completion of the test, your Concussion Protocol Training may not update right away on the Eligibility page. Be patient and wait a couple of days; if the status has still not updated afterwards, please contact the NJSIAA directly for help and more information.
